Important Property Information


Our property may show minor signs of normal wear and tear, as expected in well-used accommodation. However, it is always professionally cleaned, prepared, and ready for your arrival. We also carry out ongoing maintenance and scheduled improvements to continually enhance the space for our guests.

We do not require a security or damage deposit. Instead, all guests must complete our online check-in form prior to arrival. This includes submitting a valid photo ID, home address, and signing our rental agreement. Full check-in instructions will only be released once this process has been completed and will be sent on the morning of arrival.

To ensure a safe and comfortable stay for everyone, please note the following:
  • Strictly no parties or events
  • No smoking or vaping anywhere inside the property
  • No unregistered guests permitted

If you book the entire property for 2 guests, we expect only 2 guests to stay. Any additional visitors or changes to guest numbers must be declared and approved in advance. Additional charges may apply where applicable.
For security and safety purposes, CCTV is in operation in the common areas and outside the property. These systems are live and monitored to ensure compliance with house rules, including occupancy limits and unauthorised visitors.

The property is inspected after every check-out. Any damage, rule breaches, or excessive cleaning required beyond reasonable use will be charged accordingly.
