Welcome to Williamson Suites, a spacious four-bedroom apartment sleeping up to 8 guests, ideally located in the heart of Liverpool’s Williamson Square. Perfect for families, groups, or match-day stays, the apartment features four private bedrooms, each fitted with zip-and-link beds that can be arranged as king rooms or twin rooms to suit your group’s needs.

The apartment offers a bright open-plan living and dining area, along with a compact kitchenette equipped with an air fryer and microwave. Lime Street Station and Queens Square Bus Station are both within a five-minute walk, with a taxi rank just a minute away, making it easy to get around the city.

This modern and comfortable apartment is designed with flexibility in mind. All four bedrooms are private, each with its own ensuite bathroom, providing both comfort and privacy for every guest. The zip-and-link beds allow the layout to be tailored for families, friends, or colleagues travelling together. The open-plan lounge and dining area create a relaxed space to unwind after a day exploring Liverpool.

Guests have full access to the entire apartment, including all four bedrooms, the living and dining area, and the kitchenette. Entry is via self check-in using secure smart locks on both the main building entrance and the apartment door.

Located in the very centre of the city, the apartment is surrounded by shops, restaurants, and nightlife, so you can expect the lively atmosphere of central Liverpool. Towels, bed linen, and essential items are provided for your stay. Please note the building has stair access, and lift service is limited.

Our property may show minor signs of normal wear and tear, as expected in well-used accommodation. However, it is always professionally cleaned, prepared, and ready for your arrival. We also carry out ongoing maintenance and scheduled improvements to continually enhance the space for our guests.

We do not require a security or damage deposit. Instead, all guests must complete our online check-in form prior to arrival. This includes submitting a valid photo ID, home address, and signing our rental agreement. Full check-in instructions will only be released once this process has been completed and will be sent on the morning of arrival.

If you book the entire property for 2 guests, we expect only 2 guests to stay. Any additional visitors or changes to guest numbers must be declared and approved in advance. Additional charges may apply where applicable.

For security and safety purposes, CCTV is in operation in the common areas and outside the property. These systems are live and monitored to ensure compliance with house rules, including occupancy limits and unauthorised visitors.

The property is inspected after every check-out. Any damage, rule breaches, or excessive cleaning required beyond reasonable use will be charged accordingly.
